The home is beautifully positioned on the ocean in a quiet, gated area with walking access to several restaurants and local surfing areas. Staff are excellent and keep everything neat, organized and meals are delicious. We were locked out one evening and host available immediately and contacted local staff. We waited less than 10 minutes and security with us the entire time. The home is nicely decorated, many spaces for shared entertaining with ample hidden areas to go and read, relax or even work. This is our second trip and we are returning again soon. Three side rooms provide ample privacy, but easy access to main living area. It rained a lot during our week and it was still a perfect time.

Fantastic place! The accommodations - bedrooms, pool area, kitchen, lounge areas- all were first class! The view was amazing! The location within Hideaway Beach area was so nice! The people helping - staff, drivers, etc- were top notch. Would recommend highly and would stay there again!

Villa Celeste exceeded our expectations! Our group of six stayed the first week of February 2026. The villa was perfect - so clean and spacious. The pool is large and has plenty of lounging space around it. We loved the ocean view, watching cruise ships and surfers nearby. We utilized the chef service on three nights and the ladies made us a traditional Dominican lunch on two days. So delicious!! We were easily able to get a driver for airport transit, dinners, and sightseeing. I also highly recommend the massage. Celeste was so responsive before and during our trip. Thank you for a wonderful week, Celeste, and we hope to come back again.

We had a lovely week staying at Villa Celeste! Everything was so well organized and taken care of. The house and property are gorgeous - the photos don’t do justice. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed delicious meals prepared by both the housekeeper and chef. Celeste promptly answered any questions we had and made sure all of our needs were met. We’re already planning a return visit!

Our vacation was everything that we hoped for...The location and home were excellent, very secluded and quiet. Home is beautifully stocked and the support staff managing the home were professional, pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed meals prepared by them, transportation and outings were easily arranged by Franklin, and the massages were amazing. The property is set up with 2 main bedrooms in the main wing and then three separate rooms to the side which were all accessible from the outside and sliding doors on the interior to the pool. They each had their own bathroom and fridge. This was great for our group of adults, but if traveling with kids and depending on these rooms, might need to adjust room assignments. Also, a neighbor who lives there warned us of swimming on the beach in front of the property due to rip currents and high need for rescues with several drownings. We had plenty of areas to enjoy the beach just a short walk away, and access to the beach is simple and is even more beautiful than pics. We watched the kite surfers fly in every afternoon and it was delightful. Few recommendations: Go to the grocery store after you arrive so you only purchase what the home may not have. We overbought, but were happy to leave behind for others (spices, etc). No need for personal vehicle. Access to rides is quick and inexpensive. We explored, ate chocolate and visited nightlife and had a 4 year old with us. Celeste is wonderful resource and quick to respond. We will return.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, even better than described. Our first trip to DR and It was our first experience of having full-time housekeeping onsite and let me just say, that was truly special. We got to spend all of our time enjoying the many amenities of the property: just steps from beautiful beach, relaxing in the amazing pool and hot tub, dinner at onsite Coconuts and shopping in downtown Cabareta. Celeste was wonderful! She communicated with us daily and gave us so many helpful suggestions. We had a family 6 staying at the house we were very well taken care of. Let me recommend using the onsite chef to prepare dinner at least one night of your stay. You will be glad that you did. We will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely the best!!!

Villa Celeste is everything you could have dreamed of. The house is big and clean. The pool is amazing, way bigger than the picture. The beach is a perfect spot for a quick dip or hours of kite surfing. Walk 3 min down the beach to great surfing and cafes. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We fished, golfed, surfed and had plenty of homemade pina coladas. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend. Celeste answered every question quickly and made things super easy. Staff was great and the chef Dorian was amazing.

Amazing family vacation

Celeste was amazing at communicating with me before we arrived at the property and throughout our stay. She helped arrange food, chefs, and transport. The housekeepers were amazing cook sand our lunches with them were delicious. They kept the house very clean and even did our laundry without us having to ask. The chefs we had were incredible and I would definitely recommend having them cook for you at least once. Franklin was such a friendly, nice and helpful driver. He was quick to respond when we needed a ride and kept us laughing on our drives. The beach was quiet and we had it to ourselves a lot of the time. It was fun to watch the kite surfers in the afternoon/evenings. A little walk down the beach are a few little restaurants, surfing lessons, and horseback riding. Coconuts (the restaurant on property) was delicious and had food for my whole family, including my very picky child. 10/10 would recommend booking this property.

Great place, great staff and great host

We could not have been happier with the rental. Celeste is very responsive and the house was just as described. Restaurant within walking distance and staff took care of us for breakfast and lunch. House was kept immaculate and we it was nice never doing a dish for the week.

Magical Stay at Villa Celeste

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Celeste. The property is gorgeous - with lots of space to relax inside and out. Everything is spotless thanks to Dorka who not only cleans but also cooks delicious meals. The villa is in a great area that is walkable to nice beaches and restaurants.Celeste was so responsive and helpful - she gave us great recommendations made eveything so easy.We had the best time. So Special; unlike any other accommodations!

Villa Celeste is the perfect place to have an unforgettable time with family/friends. The Villa is beautiful and the location superb. There are several excursion options and restaurants nearby, however the best times were gathering outside around the pool, walking the beach, having Jose cook us a special dinner and ending the day in the hot tub. The girls also made a great Dominican lunch and breakfast every morning. Franklyn was such a blessing! He helped us with all transportation and excursion decisions and has become a friend of our family. This was definitely a relaxing vacation. We chose a few activities: zipline & monkeys, a day to Blue Lagoon with boat ride & snorkeling and horseback riding on the beach (they bring the horses to the villa). We ate out (transport) twice, ate at Coconuts (3min walk on beach) twice, cooked ourselves once and had 2 dinners with Jose. Jose's dinner were excellent! I would recommend his dinners over eating out! Also, I recommend having groceries & drinks arranged prior to arrival. Horseback riding was something I wish I had done at sunset every evening! I really hope to return again! Celeste was so helpful: from the time of booking, to prior arrival arrangements, questions we had during our stay and extending departure blessings. You will not be disappointed. BTW, I never leave reviews!

Fun for the whole family

We had the best stay! Celeste arranged everything for us including groceries, meals, massages and tennis. Celeste even arranged for us to get cash when we ran out. She is the best! The house is gorgeous and the kids loved the pool and the beach. There were even sand toys for them. I cannot say better things about our stay. We loved it.

Perfect Paradise

The villa is better than advertised and the location is exactly what we wanted. Quiet and secluded enough to allow us to unwind while within walking distance of some fun places to eat, drink and meet the friendly locals. The staff and support team are amazing and accommodated our every need. A visit to Sosúa and Puerto Plata made even our rainy day one to remember. The owner communicated with me often and made sure our trip to Cabarete was one we wouldn’t forget. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely stunning

Villa Celeste is an absolutely stunning and well kept home in the most beautiful location. From the spacious bedrooms, the ample living spaces, modern kitchen, clean and large pool, immaculate grounds, a walking beach that is jaw dropping, to the most hard working and friendly staff, this place is everything and more that is listed. We had two weeks with eight friends and enjoyed every minute. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Everything was amazing at Villa de Celeste! This villa is a must! Literally a dream vacation, whether your hanging around the house in the pool or beachside or your out and about exploring it was all amazing! Dorka, Franklin and Arsenio were all fantastic and made the trip even more amazing than what it was. As soon as you pull into Hideaway Beach the villas are gorgeous! Villa de Celeste will definitely be a repeat on our vacation spots!!! Franklin is the driver and has an amazing sense of humor and is VERY helpful in your experience to getting around and showing you the tour spots and pointing out spots he feels you should see and know about. Arsenio is the chef and is an AMAZING chef! Everything was delicious and I’m not talking about a small meal. You will not leave the table hungry. The restaurants Franklin suggested were all really good. We didn’t have 1 meal that wasn’t great. Dorka is the house keeper that cleans, makes breakfast and lunch! She is so sweet and soft spoken & also a great cook! All of the staff at Villa de Celeste were extremely humble and appreciative of everything!!!! If you are questioning your stay here look no further!!

You won't be disappointed.

From the moment that we booked, Celeste was incredibly communicative and helpful. The property is just as described - beatiful, inviting and comfortable. Our kids loved swimming the pool and everyone enjoyed gathering in the outside seating area for conversation, cocktails and delicious dinners prepared by Chef Arsenio. The beach is perfect for walks (rough for swimming, but our group never wanted to leave the pool anyway). The neighborhoood bar and restaurant was a short, 5-minute walk from the property and had wonderful food - we enjoyed eating multiple meals there. And don't miss the surfer community just beyond - the cutest little shacks serving coffee, smoothies and yummy bites. The whole experience felt authentic and comfortable. Celeste is amazing and has a staff to match. This place is not to be missed. We will be back!
