Beautifully decorated loft and spacious. It is quite far from Byron Bay central especially with traffic (anywhere from 10 to 20 min drive) so you need to be ok with that especially if you don't have a car with you, although the neighborhood where the loft is itself is cute and there are amazing shops, coffe shops and a brewery all in walking distance.
Biggest issue was that the AC couldn't be turned on without breaking a fuse if the fridge, coffee maker or microwave were plugged in. We didn't know that the first night so all the milk and eggs we bought went bad. Since we have medication that needs to be refridgerated, we had to sacrifice the use of some amenities (washing machine, microwave, coffee machine etc.) So we could have the fridge and AC on without blowing a fuse. Also the kitchen doesn't have a stove or oven, just hot plates. Its more of a kitchenette. The bathroom didn't have a hair dryer which was unfortunate.
I think if you know these things going in to it and expect /plan for it (ie. We were planning to cook meals at home but could not) you will have a great stay as its a very pretty loft.
