Enjoyed out 5 day stay, nice pool area. Further from the beach than we were expecting. Traffic noise as we were on the 2nd floor at the front, other units probably quieter.

Great complex with great gardens. Bathrooms a lacked space and the taps for shower and basin individuals instead of mixers. One leaked slightly. But very cleand and tidy. Kitchen good.

DON’T STAY HERE !
The accommodation is very basic and definitely not worth the nightly rate , especially the mattress which was sagging badly ! The owner/ manager is very rude and only planned to service the apartment only once in 9 days ! When I asked for a service and toilet paper , I was told to go and buy some until the next service!! Would definitely NOT satay here again !

Perfect for our 1st Byron stay
Great 5 day stay, perfect walking distance to everything including beach, beautiful pool & bbq area, was great hearing families too. Check in and check out couldn't be easier. Definitely stay again.

Nice renovated self contained apartment, very comfy beds and nice patio with pool access. The manager Dan was really helpful and we were suprised with an upgrade from a 1 to 2 bedroom apartment when we arrived, which was a bonus with our young daughter. Location is good close to town but also far enough away. Will stay again!

We did choose busy time to visit Byron Bay and number one feature for us was that property is walking distance to town, beach , shops, cafes etc as we didnt hire a car. You can hire bicycles from the reception but we were happy to walk. There was a list with recommend cafes and restaurants to visit when in Byron and we absolutely loved Treehouse (its lovely walk over the beach and away from usual packed places around the town - definitely add to your must do list)

A well kept apartment with a good outlook of the pool area. Very nicely kept and the pool certainly looked inviting. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything on hand that we needed. Dan was a very pleasant host and we much appreciated the offer of a late checkout on our last day. Would certainly stay here again if we return.

To make a long story short I did not end up staying here the full four nights. I entered the room on a Sunday and it was disgusting and uncomfortable and the place is falling apart and the main bedroom was so smelly that I had to sleep on the couch miserably. When I went to the lobby Monday morning a man very aggressively told me that he had no other rooms to put me in ( which seemed to be a lie since he has availability on several websites online ) and then demanded to come smell the room to smell what was going on. I also was uncomfortable since the room was on the first floor and I was a female traveling solo. He suggested I leave and told me he would refund me, when I packed my things and got to the lobby 10 minutes later in a rush to run out of there he did not refund me my entire stay and deducted the one “night” that I was there. it was a horrible experience and I recommend everyone stay away from this place. The only good thing about this place was the location.

Great hotel within easy walking distance to town
My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Crest Apartments. The apartment was clean and quiet. It had all the amenities we need for our stay. Our only complaint was the bed was a little uncomfortable. However, I would definitely stay there again.

Very relaxing stay
Just returned from 5 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment at the Crest. Quiet location at rear of site. Very comfortable & fully equipped apartment. 10 minutes walk to nearest beach & town centre. Nice pool for a 'cool off'. Reception staff helpful with all enquiries. Would certainly stay here again when next in Byron Bay. Highly recommended.

We had a great time staying at the Crest. The owners are extremely helpful and very friendly. The apartment was clean and tidy and well equipped. Enjoyed a couple of bbq's by the pool. Definitely would stay there again. Thanks Di & Doug!

Great location, near town and beach.
The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The shower had good water pressure, the bed was comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped. It was a short walk to town and the beach, so a great location. Pool and BBQ area were clean and pleasant.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It's in the perfect location so you can walk to the shops and the beach easily. Doug and Di were really friendly, informative and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

i would not stay here again
Did not provide bedding for pull out sofa when specified in email I would require it. Had to sleep on the dirty mattress with only a blanket from the main bedroom. It was also very uncomfortable.

Spacious and comfortable
Stopped for two nights and appreciated a place we were happy to spend time in. Our unit also meant we could access without having to climb stairs....trust me when you are an old fart it sure helps when lumping suitcases about! Morning visit to the courtyard by resident bush turkey added to the experience. Very pleasant experience after some previous hotels stayed at.

Great service and very friendly. Location was perfect 10 minute walk to Main Street. Apartments were very clean linen was spotless beds were extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend crest apartments could not find anything to complain about.

Thank you for your review. Our apartments and very spacious and we find that people traveling with babies or a small child fit very comfortably in our 1 bedroom apartments. We offer a range of hire equipment for small children - cots, hire chairs, strollers and a baby bath. It saves parents from having to travel with a lot of gear.

Had a great time while attending Splendour in the Grass. Doug and Di were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, knowing we'd be back at crazy late times and with crazily muddy boots! Rooms were comfortable, neat and well appointed.

We really enjoyed our trip. The staff were great really helpful with any issues we had. However we know this because we did have a few issues with wifi and kitchen facilities. Otherwise nice place to stay. Quiet and relaxing with lovely winter sun. The walk to town gets pretty long after a week so recommend to have bikes or car.
