Wasn’t well presented or clean
Not cleaned real well, cockroaches roaming around and after stripping bed linen mucus stains on pillows they were there already very unhealthy

We are so disappointed to read your review Kevin. Deb and I do our absolute best to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. We care for our properties with regular pest treatments and thorough cleaning practices. Sometimes things can be missed but when we are given the opportunity to rectify anything that is not quite right we act immediately. We are sincerely sorry that you were not able to experience our genuine and friendly customer service.

Spacious, Clean and Aesthetically Pleasing
We stayed in the beautiful home for 5 days. The overall style of the house was beautiful and beachy! It was only a 20 minute walk into the main shops and beach in Byron and was only a couple minutes drive to all of the local Byron beaches. We loved the front outdoor verandah and it was a beautiful area to have a nice sunset dinner. It was good to have 2 toilets but there is only one shower so sometimes that was inconvenient with a large group. Overall we had a lovely time in this gorgeous home!
