"SCAM!! This property owner is a scam!! Once you book you will be contacted by the owner who then depends to have a copy of your id and credit card regardless of payment already being made via Expedia. You then get money taken from your account and then when you finally get to site you have to attempt to contact the owner non stop to get the lock box code otherwise you are locked out! 3 guest were waiting in their cars with no response from the owner. Once you check in they continue to take...

"This studio was really well set up for our overnight stay, with great amenities and kitchen gear and supplies. We loved the bathroom and made full use of the lovely outside bath. Paula was a great host and the studio was sufficiently central that we were able to walk everywhere."

"Jeannie and Jim were lovely hosts - they left a bottle of wine in the fridge for our 30th wedding anniversary! It was a pleasure to meet Jeannie half way through our stay. She apologised for the construction work next door and gave us a 10% discount for the inconvenience of the noise. The guest house was in a great location close to beach and town but still in a leafy quiet area. Very comfortable and attractively decorated."
