Awesome property
I would say this is probably the best place on Wolf River to stay. Communication was awesome. We had a great experience and plan to come back next summer. Highly recommend 👍👍

Awesome Retreat!
Very comfortable and relaxing stay in a peaceful cabin by the creek. Kids loved the hot tub, fishing in the creek and making complimentary s’mores over the oversized fire pit.

Relaxing Getaway
Our family had a wonderful stay. The cabin was perfect and supplied all the necessities and more. Outdoors was beautiful. We tubed & fished in the creek, made s’mores over the campfire and played with Frank, the sweer dog. Thank you Jennifer for your hospitality.

Needed down time & exploring the area
Enjoyed the home and property. Kayaked a few time on river, fun while water was up! Dale Hollow Lake is a family favorite, spent most afternoons there. Unfortunately there for fire at Sunset Marina. People at marina were great and we were still able to rent pontoons. Good times!

Great place to get away
It's nice and peaceful, plenty of shade trees, relaxing to sit on the porch and listen to the sounds of the river, and great for low-key tubing or wading in the river!

Awesome cabin
This was an amazing cabin with a beautiful backyard! There is a river running through the backyard, my kids had the best time fishing and kayaking! The cabin has everything you need plus a lot of extras! It was very clean and you can tell the owners take great pride in their home and want to provide a great experience for their guests. We will definitely be coming back!

Stunning View!
The river and waterfall were stunning! The cabin and grounds were fantastic and Jennifer was very helpful and informative! Highly recommend staying here!

Awesome location
River made the entire stay worthwhile! The heavy rains the night we got there really got the river going which made it nice to float around on tubes(which we thoughtfully provided) And made for small rapids that the kids loved, along with the kayaks. However the rains brought a lot of humidity and bugs! Big bugs 🤪 bring the spray! The black stone was also great

Memorable Moments
It was a long weekend Friday -Mon a lot of rain prior to arriving and the river was high and a little rough, grandson’s went kayaking anyway and one of the kayak got away and went down river and grandson and girlfriend went to get it after a couple of hours of being gone, I elected to call had 911 nicest people to have around in an emergency. All ended well but a little more excitement than I was looking for on our first evening. The house was very nice and loved the s’mores display for us. The family spent Saturday riding the rapids over and over having a great time until rain came back. That night we made s’mores around the fire. We spent Sunday playing games due to the rain and still had a wonderful time! Great place and Jennifer is wonderful and very helpful.

Family vacation
Our family enjoyed this gorgeous cabin and magnificent location! The quick access to the lake (20 minute drive) was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the kayaks and tubes provided in the river the cabin sits on.

The BEST time you'll have right on the beautiful river!
This place has everything a family or a bunch of friends could want to unwind! Peaceful porch vibes, chill in a kayak/tube on the river, hunt for cool rocks, relax by the fire and explore the 5 acres - there's so much room for activities! There's plenty of space in the house with a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room table that makes you feel at home. The wifi is fantastic and the smart tv was also a fun blessing on the rainy nights! Traveler's tip - always bring some teenagers with you to haul all your groceries and gear up the steps! We will definitely be back soon!

Beautiful, secluded, peaceful, and relaxing!
This is one of the best parts of wolf river and the scenery is unreal. Truly a place to unwind and relax. Lots of space for family, outdoor games, swimming, fishing, and kayaking. Everyone can do their own thing and still all be right there together! We had a wonderful time and will be back!

Awesome river home
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The main floor is on the 2nd level. In the lower level are two bedrooms and a foosball table. Upstairs is the bunk bed room along with the queen+twin bed. Bathroom is upstairs and main level. The dining room table is really long which was great for meals and playing games. The wifi was really good the entire time. We spent a lot of time enjoying the river. My understanding is this was near record low levels but it was great for us. Depth was from an inch to about 7 feet deep. There are a lot of rocks on the bottom so the depth isn't consistent. We would go out swimming and using goggles to look for fish, turtles, and small snakes (our kids like snakes). Also would play with the rocks in the shallow parts. What we didn't expect was how great the beach was for a river. The kids spent a lot of time in the sand playing.

Amazing cabin nestled in the woods by a gorgeous little river!
We chose this place because it was very private, yet close to Dale Hollow Lake. The cabin is very nice, but sitting out in the covered porch and listening to the river is soul healing. Unfortunately, the water was higher than normal and extremely cold due to a lot of rain so we didn’t get to play and tube in it. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and hope to return again!

A Piece of Heaven in the Tennessee Mountains
We rented the cabin for our annual family vacation with the kids and grandkids. There are 10 of us in all and so this cabin worked perfectly. It is beautiful, nestled among the trees with a rustling stream only a few yards from the Cabin. The kids and grandkids enjoyed swimming and tubing in the stream. The wifi worked great for my some-in-law to take care of business needs each day. The cabin is "out in the mountains." We saw "maybe" 2 or 3 cars drive by each day. It just couldn't have been better.

Great place
Great place, lots of space, very clean and comfortable. Everything provided for a great stay. Perfect place to get away from the ordinary. Close to lots of adventure or stay in and enjoy the river and fire pit. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully stay again.

My family and I had a WONDERFUL time! This cabin was perfect and we had everything we needed to relax, unwind, and have fun together! The location is SO peaceful and the kids had fun exploring the river and relaxing in the hot tub! I would absolutely recommend this place for your next family adventure!

A little slice of heaven
We honestly cannot say enough good things about this stay. The setting and location is SO picturesque, beautiful, peaceful, and serene. The owner provided excellent communication, and arranged to have firewood delivered for extensive firepit usage. The stars are amazing at night, and the river provides wonderful scenery, sounds, wildlife, and fishing. We saw multiple deer drinking from the river, right outside the cabin multiple mornings. The firepit location overlooking the river is fantastic, and makes for wonderful mornings and evenings, just relaxing and listening to the sounds of the river. The owner also provided great recommendations for hiking in the surrounding area, and the hikes/trails were really neat and scenic. Cell coverage is limited in this area if you venture out (nothing to do with owner/property AT ALL though), so just know you might need a stand-alone GPS unit. The cabin/owner does provide excellent Wi-Fi and internet service while on the property. If you want to get off the grid, relax, and enjoy beautiful wilderness, while having privacy and seclusion, this is the place for you. We cannot recommend this place enough! A+

Get-a-way from the world
Perfect property to get away from the world. Beautiful place to stay, secluded with a river, big fire pit. We wanted to hide an we did. FYI there is quite a few stairs but manageable.

Relaxing weekend
Great location on the river! The location is what makes this property. Watch out for the wasps though, they’re aggressive. Also remember it’s a dry county so plan accordingly.

Justin I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. I am sorry to here the wasp were bothersome. We have a pest control treatment once a month, but those wasp can sometimes come back quickly. In the future please let us know when you are experiencing an issue. and we can have them come out and treat during your stay to prevent any problems. Thanks!

Amazing place!
We spent two weeks here and had a phenomenal trip. The river is gorgeous and offered endless entertainment & fun wildlife spotting. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. Jennifer was incredibly responsive to all our questions, and any small issues that arose. The Blackstone Grill was a huge bonus to have, we loved having that option. The firepit was massive, our nightly campfires will be greatly missed. Truly a fantastic option for a big family or a couple of families vacationing together. Hoping we can make it back soon!

Perfect getaway!
We had an awesome time and would definitely stay again! Plenty of room for 8 of us— including 4 teenagers— and enough to keep them occupied. Bring inner tubes and float the river from right outside the cabin. Watch plenty of wildlife— river otters, deer, groundhog, turtles, kingfisher, heron... Bring binoculars. Cabin is well-appointed and comfortable. We really enjoyed our week!

Perfect for families
We had a wonderful trip to Dale Hollow lake. The house is close to a wonderful marina with a great selection of boat rentals. One of the best things about the house is it’s location by the river. My kids had so much fun playing in the water! And the view from the house looking out over the river is just beautiful.

Best getaway ever!
This place is AMAZING! The owner is delightful to work with. Was available to answer any questions. Check in and out process was very easy. The views were breathtaking, the sounds of the river, I could listen to all day and night. Fire pit for lounging and s’mores was just what we needed at the end of the night. The cabin was decorated from a magazine, and PLENTY of beds for everyone. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook anything you want. Including a crock pot! We have already begun booking our next trip here! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Labor Day Weekend by the river
This property provided a relaxing and fun weekend for our family and friends. With the easy accessibility to the river and the wonderful views from the deck everyone was able to get something from our time spent there. This property was wonderful!
We had a great time fishing/tubing in the creek next to the house. Spent a beautiful day on Dale Hollow Lake. You have to stop by the little ice cream/shaved ice shop just north of Sunset Marina. It is delicious! We had it a few times. My only issue(not really a problem, I knew before we confirmed the booking) is that you will be driving quite a way to anything besides the lake. We went to Pickett State Park and Big South Fork a couple of days and it's a good hour or hour and a half drive. We loved cooking breakfast on the flat top grill. I'm going to have to get my own! The kids loved S'mores at night by the fire pit, next to the creek.

There are a couple of nice hikes to a waterfall and cave that are closer than the places you visited so maybe you can check them out in the future.
