The location is fabulous... close enough to both Cambridge and Salt Fork State Park to do something for a little bit and then come back to the cabin to relax. The cabin itself is great. "It is a beautiful property. The house was very clean and comfortable. The host was very kind and communicated promptly with me. We enjoyed the firepit with free wood and the beautiful lake. Note that there is only ONE bathroom and the 3rd bedroom is in the basement and is not a room. The wifi was out the entire time we were there but we were told it was not the homeowners fault. Also note that there is a significant security deposit, more than I've experienced before, that I didn't know about...

"We stayed for one night while exploring the Salt Fork area for the first time. The weather was not great but Brittany allowed us to check in early, so we ended up spending most of our time at the cabin. We enjoyed the fire pit and cooking on the grill. The inside of the cabin is beautiful and clean. The outside was nice as well but a bit unkempt - mostly minor things that could be resolved easily (grass needed cut, found some garbage lying around, grill was very old and rusty with food residue)....

"Great house for a large family gathering. The location, though really remote, was centrally located for our families so we were more focused on the house than the surrounding area. We were blessed with a warm winter weekend so took advantage of the basketball court, hot tub, and outdoor fireplace. Lots of indoor and outdoor space to gather and have fun!"
