"The house was just the right size for our small family. A short walk to the beach was perfect for young kids. Close enough to main Street that it was easy to go out for dinners. Stephen was easy to work with and communicated great! Overall a great stay!"

"Great week in Maushop Village. This is the fourth different unit we’ve stayed in, and definitely the best location so far. Right across from the stairs to the beach, and a 2 min walk with the wagon down the path to the beach. The grassy area next door was also great for kids to play, and the road loop around the unit is quiet enough for bikes and scooters. The unit was clean and quiet, and worked well for two adults and two kids. Thanks for the 2025 Maushop beach memories!"

Brendan was very communicative, and the house had many extras that were great for kids, including a beach wagon, beach and house toys, even a stepstool in the bathroom! Proximity to the beach was amazing, just a few minutes walk and we loved being able to walk just up the road to get breakfast. We would definitely stay here again."

"Location worked out great for us, we were able to visit, Fall River, drive up the cape, visit Boston, Plymouth,Salem, Gloucester MA (Hammond Castle), and even Kennebunkport ME all in a week! House is clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable, only suggestion is maybe new covers on the furniture in the living room and a Keurig but other than that our stay way fantastic. Loved swifts beach and that we could walk there! Thanks for a great week!!"

It was a lovely escape but still close enough to walk into the charming town.Very clean and contemporary feeling space with much more than you’d typically find in a rental. More like staying in your friend’s nice apartment than in a bare bones rental property."

"Location and value could not have been beat.. With no more than a 1-2 minute walk to the beach.. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived.. It had everything we needed and more. The host is extremely responsive and helpful..Now for the slight nuances, the place slightly loud if you have loud neighbours, but nothing that turning on the ac can't help to drown out the noise,I would definitely come back here, the price is unbeatable"

"Very nice place and community. Enjoyed the beach not the stairs but good for the legs. Ate at the Popponesset Inn and the Marketplace and seafood was excellent. Mashpee Commons also a good place to eat and shop and close by. Will be coming back. "
