Es wurde uns in der Rechnung die Minibar berechnet, ohne sie genutzt zu haben. Mehrfach habe ich p. Mail angefragt und bis heute keine Antwort bekommen. Wir haben leider erst nach 900 km Fahrt zu Hause festgestellt das es unberechtigt war. Das Hotel antwortet bis heute nicht darauf.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, our room was clean, comfortable and had a lake view. The staff was kind and professional, especially Georgina, who helped us find an excellent room after the first one they assigned us only had a partial view of Lake Balaton.
