"Great property, was a good experience being able to stay in a more traditional home away from big hotels and further from the tourist areas of Jiufen. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed and the extra food and drinks were appreciated. The only issue we had was that the location on Google Maps was not accurate and we got lost trying to find it the first time; however afterwards we realized it was actually in a great spot not too far from the Old Street. "まず、予約確認の時点から、とても親切に対応していただき、旅行に行くのがとても楽しみでした。 宿のロケーションは、かなり階段を登った上にあるので、楽ではありませんが、夜でも往来しやすいように、電灯や矢印が整備されていたので、よかったです。 部屋の設備も、ドライヤーや鏡が2個用意してあるなど、快適に過ごせるように整えてあり、快適に過ごすことができました。 なんと言っても、1番よかったのは、スタッフの方の対応が、最高でした。チェックインする時の、設備や周囲のとても詳しく説明してくださいました。 当日は大雨に見舞われてしまったのですが、傘を貸していただいたり、濡れた靴を乾かす用意がしてあったり、とても助かりました。 高評価されているのも納得のお宿です。"

"The staff was wonderful and very helpful with luggages, considering there are stairs up and down. Best to take an Uber taxi to avoid hauling luggages from the bus station. We had also enjoyed our ocean view balcony a lot and would sit out there in the late evening to read or have some something to drink. All in all, Windsor HG was a beautiful choice for us in Jiufen. "子どもたちと一緒に2025年12月29日～31日まで滞在しました。九份のバス停から歩いて2～3分に位置しており、入り口から上へ続く階段を上がるとすぐにメインストリートのお店の並ぶ通りに出られます。 予約時から、日本語の上手なスタッフのLINEを教えていただき、とても安心でした。滞在中もきめ細やかに対応していただき、ホスピタリティの高さに感動しました。 また、台湾に行くことが合ったらぜひ宿泊したいです。"

"Check-in was quick & easy, greeted by the friendly hosts & a furry one too. Parking is free on-site but only after 1pm on check-in day till 12pm on check-out day Room was cosy & comfy with an amazing view. Had a nice seating area inside & a verendah outside to soak up the views. Room is also clean-ish (except for the high ceilings but understandably), came thoughtfully equipped with everythg we might need. Would definitely recommend for a cosy stay in 九份 even though it's 430 over steps...
