"Easy check in and super communicative host. Room was perfect size. Only thing I would say is fan in room needs to be included in cleaning process - we could not turn it on as it was very dirty/dusty. Also under bed could be cleaned better as well, as there was some trash. Would definitely stay here again! "

"A short walk to the beach, stores, & restaraunts. The room was comfortable with remotes for the two ceiling fans and AC/Heat. Common area upstairs has plenty of seating to gather with freinds and a commercial ice machine....bonus! Electric grills on the raised deck which looks to the beach. Owners extremely communicative and aswered all questions in a timely manner. WiFi was strong and consistent. We will be back! "

"We loved the space and all the detail that Daniel put into it. We loved the photos of the reconstruction of his home. The space was clean and efficient and cozy. We had plenty of privacy yet Daniel was readily available when we reached out. He gave us some good tips for dining and some must see tourist spots. I would highly recommend."

"The entire stay was in the midst of a great rain storm but the stay was absolutely lovely. The rooms were comfortable, the environment was very pet and family friendly. My only complaint if I had one was the necessity for the floors to be swept before our stay. There were sand bits on the floor, from what i assume was brought in from the hosts or the last guests. Beyond that, we enjoyed the spacious yet comfy stay. Thank you to Ryan for staying in good contact with me. "
