The staff was great especially the old gal in the morning at breakfast she was super nice. Didn’t like how the walls were so thin we were up late because we could hear the neighbors around our room in and out. We could hear their conversation…. Nothing good lol other than that it was a good stay.

Good spot for hungry families
My family which consists of me, my husband, and our 2 kids (7 years old and a year old) stayed here while visiting my sister who is in pre-release. We walked in and were very pleasantly surprised at how clean and cute our room was. The pool was great and right down the hall. I’m pretty sure you could swim anytime because it was in a soundproof room or at least seemed that was. Had a cute little hot tub. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The waffles were so good and they even had peanut butter and NUTELLA!!! They had cartons of milk for my baby and yogurt from a machine that you could add granola and strawberries/blueberries. I was happy with everything except that the TV’s (which are huge and great otherwise) weren’t quite ready for internet yet but we were told they would be by spring. Oh! And the best part for me? We walked right down the hall in our slippers to Perkins! Score

We want to give a shoutout to Piper, the receptionist. She was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel was in the midst of renovations, yet they all did their best to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The property is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. A Perkins restaurant is directly associated with the hotel, for easy access.

Website didn't say hallway was blocked due to construction and guests would need to go outside to get to breakfast room or front desk or the restaurant. The room was at 74 degrees and thermostat didn't work so hot all night. Apparently we are getting a free room next time but that just won't happen so actually nothing is being done.

Dear RodI am sorry you felt the need to review our hotel as you did after I spoke with the nice woman that answered the phone when I called to apologize for the miscommunication regarding the construction doors. As I explained to her the construction crew did have an unexpected issue pop up that day and we were unable to open the hallway as early as we expected. We did have it open a few hours after our anticipated time. I have talked to my front desk staff regarding better communication with our guests when un for seen events happen. When i called your room as my front desk staff was very concerned with your call about the construction, the woman that answered explained the frustration but did thank me for addressing the issue and the offer of the free room night on your next visit to Butte. I had sent that gift certificate out the next day in the mail to the address she gave me. If you do not want to use the certificate I do understand and again I do apologize for the issues you encountered. Best RegardsMelissaGM - BPI

The hotel is conveniently located off interstate, next to a store for any shopping needs, breakfast provided, staff was very nice
