"For one, there was stains all around the comforter. Secondly we couldn’t even use the tv because the volume was stuck on full blast even went we turned it down to 0. Third of all we were unaware they were doing construction at the time. No warning or heads up was given at all. We got woken up very early with banging and drills happening right on top of our room. "1) When we checked in we found an empty wine bottle in the clothes closet. 2) We had a 3 night stay. Our beds were not made after the first night. We requested that they be made every day . The beds were made the 2nd day & on the the 3rd day 1 bed was made the other was left unmade. 3) The toilet seat was very rickety. I weight 127 lbs & every time i sat on the seat it was off center & rocking 4)The pool water was so chlorinated that it was hard to breath in the enclosed pool area 5)...

"En general todo perfecto. La atención es especialmente amable, mejor que otros Hoteles de similares características. La única recomendación que podría hacer, es que incorporen extractores de aire en los baños. El resto, incluyendo los accesorios de los baños, todo perfecto."
