"Moin & Meer" Vacation Home – Your North Sea Getaway on Strandallee 🌊

Take a vacation together, enjoy time together, and still have plenty of space for everyone!

Our “Moin & Meer” vacation home is perfect for large families, multiple generations, or a group vacation with friends. You’ll rent the entire house, which includes two separate vacation apartments, giving you plenty of space to share vacation moments—but also the chance to have some privacy now and then.

The “Moin” vacation apartment is on the first floor, while the “Meer” vacation apartment is on the upper floor and in the attic.

Just about 500 meters from the dike and yet in a quiet location, our vacation home is a wonderful starting point for your North Sea vacation in Butjadingen.

♥ Two apartments—one vacation home—all to yourselves

When you book the entire house, both vacation apartments are at your disposal.

This way, for example, you can travel together with several families or across generations while still having your own living areas, kitchens, and private spaces.

Especially convenient: While some are already enjoying breakfast in the morning, others can sleep in at their leisure.

♥ Plenty of space to sleep & relax

The vacation home offers several separate bedrooms and additional sleeping arrangements.

In the “Meer” vacation rental, you’ll find, among other things, three bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: Double bed & bunk bed
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bedroom 3: Double bed
- Additionally, an optional sleeper sofa with a topper (140 × 200 cm) is available on the play area

The ground-floor apartment “Moin” also offers additional cozy sleeping arrangements and extra space for your travel group.

For our younger guests, we also provide a travel crib, high chair, and changing facilities.

A special highlight for children is the play area in the “Meer” apartment, complete with games and books—perfect for playing, reading, and relaxing.

♥ Two living areas & two kitchens

Especially for larger travel groups, it’s nice not to have to share everything.

With both apartments, you have two separate living areas and two kitchens at your disposal. This gives you plenty of space and lets you enjoy your vacation at your own pace.

The kitchens are equipped with everything you need for your stay—including a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

Of course, free Wi-Fi and satellite TV are also available.

You can also enjoy your vacation together outdoors.

Look forward to:

- a large garden
- two covered terraces
- an additional balcony
- a barbecue area
- a fire pit
- a sandbox for the little ones
- a wood-burning stove
Here, the children can play while the adults sit together, barbecue, or simply enjoy the fresh North Sea air.

And if some of the group want to have breakfast outside in the morning while others are still enjoying some quiet time, there’s plenty of space for that, too.

- Free admission to the play barn
- Starting in the 2027 season: Your own beach chair on the main beach

This ensures plenty of variety, especially for families—whether the sun is shining or it’s typical North German “schietwetter.”

Our vacation home is in a quiet yet central location. The dike is only about 500 meters away, and you can easily reach many other destinations on foot:

- Restaurants & cafés—some just about 100 meters away
- Bakeries, Edeka & Netto
- Promenade & small shops
- North Sea Lagoon
- Play barn
- Kurhaus / Haus des Gastes

So feel free to leave the car behind while you’re on vacation.
