The house has a floor space of about 70 square meters, is an allergy and a non-smoking house. The bringing of pets is therefore unfortunately not possible. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, quiet and away from the general hubbub in Tossens, but still so close to the dike (about 700 meters), the restaurants, etc., that everything can be easily reached on foot. The house is secluded on a plot of approx. 400 sqm. For a cozy warmth even on cold days provides underfloor heating. Internet access via WLAN is available. The house can accommodate and is equipped for 4 people. It is divided into a spacious living, dining and kitchen area, a bedroom, a "children" room and a bathroom. In addition, the house has a carport. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, a fridge (with freezer) and a microwave.  In the living room is a large corner couch, and a chair that invites you to linger. Of course there is a satellite TV, a DVD player and a micro stereo system. In addition, the house has an indoor and an outdoor fireplace. The living room and the terrace are south facing. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. In the children's room is a bunk bed, which also has a length of 2 meters. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, a high chair is available. Bed linen and towels can be rented on site for a fee. Please contact our administrator for this.  The tax is charged to our manager on the spot. Closer environment: The dike is within walking distance in about 10 minutes (about 700 meters). Here again in the main season events of the tourism office Tossens or CenterParcs instead (Friesenstrand). The CenterParc (about 500 meters away) has a large swimming pool and 2 restaurants. Also located in the vicinity of a supermarket (about 1 km), a bank (about 1 km), several restaurants, a gas station (about 1.8 km), a gift shop (about 500 meters) Everything you need for a successful holiday on the North Sea. The beautiful house has a modern and bright decor, there are no stairs, underfloor heating throughout the house and flows through. 

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 00:00 to 09:00.
