This approximately 45-square-meter, two-room apartment is located on the first floor of the Seemeile. On the balcony, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun to the fullest. The 50-inch Panasonic 4K Ultra HD TV in the living room is also perfect for relaxing.
The elevator provides convenient access directly from the underground parking garage
and the entrance area to the apartment. Please note that
the parking space is a double parking spot. Your car must not be longer than 5
meters or taller than 1.50 meters.

There is also a parking space in the courtyard—this is available free of charge upon request and subject to availability.

The landlord cannot be held liable for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi hotspot.
