The Space:

Step into this thoughtfully designed two-storey townhouse that embodies the ultimate beachside living. The entrance leads to the comfortable and stylishly furnished living area, featuring a large sofa, smart TV, and ample natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows leading to the courtyard. Adjacent, the open-plan dining and kitchen area is equipped with modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals or entertaining. The entire space is fitted with ducted air conditioning, ensuring comfort year-round.



The outdoor courtyard is fully enclosed, offering a safe and private space to unwind. Enjoy a relaxed BBQ meal in this inviting space, surrounded by fresh coastal air. A secure storeroom is also available for bikes and surfboards, catering to active travellers.



Upstairs, the secondary living space offers a cosy retreat, ideal for children to relax or watch TV. This opens onto the private balcony with loungers to sink into offering vibrant beach views. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, private ensuite, and balcony access. Two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another with two bunk beds—share a family bathroom complete with both a bathtub and walk-in shower.
