The Space:

This character-filled retreat is less than a five-minute drive from restaurants, shops, and the calm waters of Old Dunsborough Beach, where you can swim, paddleboard, or enjoy an easy morning stroll along the shoreline. Vaulted ceilings and expansive windows fill the interiors with natural light, while earthy textures and relaxed furnishings reflect the surrounding coastal landscape.



The heart of the home is the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, where family and friends can easily gather throughout the day. The contemporary kitchen is well equipped for everything from holiday breakfasts to shared dinners, with a spacious island, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, and generous preparation space. Beside it, the dining table sits beneath soaring ceilings, while large doors and a convenient servery window connect seamlessly to the covered outdoor entertaining area. The fireplace offers a cosy setting for cooler evenings, while the second living room provides a quieter retreat with a TV, comfortable seating, and garden outlooks.



Outside, established gardens wrap around the home, creating a private setting for relaxed afternoons and evenings. Fire up the gas BBQ for long lunches, dine outdoors beneath the verandah, or gather around the fire pit as the sun goes down. The surrounding greenery adds a peaceful sense of seclusion while remaining close to the beach.



Across two levels, the home offers five thoughtfully styled bedrooms with one king bed, three queen beds, and two single beds, each finished in soft tones and natural textures to create a restful retreat. Three bathrooms provide added convenience for groups, including a private ensuite with a bathtub, a main bathroom with twin vanities and a walk-in shower, and a third bathroom with a separate toilet adjoining the laundry, which is equipped with both a washer and dryer. Central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, and covered carport parking complete a comfortable and well-appointed stay.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

A five-minute drive brings you to Dunsborough town centre, where you can enjoy coffee at Merchant & Maker or Bungalow Neighbourhood Social, fresh seafood at Blue Manna Bistro, or sunset drinks at The Pour House. Spend the day exploring Meelup Beach, Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, or the Meelup Regional Park walking trails, with many of the Margaret River region's renowned wineries and breweries also within an easy drive.



Getting Around:

Parking: There is a dedicated parking area with an undercover carport.

Airport: 40 minutes by car.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.



Firewood and Fire Ban

Firewood is provided from June to August. Outside of these months, you can find firewood at local service stations.

Please note that fire bans are in effect from November 1 to April 30, during which time fire pits are not permitted.
