Perfect stay

The 3 night stay was perfect to this very comfortable and elegant residence. Well fitted out. Bed was wonderful for a good nights sleep and the view to wake up to is to be experienced. Definitely on the return again list.

Great location and well appointed

We all enjoyed the house and the location. Living area generous ad easy to use and catered well for our 10 adults. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms adequate. Our issues were no gas in the upstairs BBQ on arrival, however we found a bottle downstairs. No soap in the master bathroom or shower. No soap in the downstairs showers and separate toilet basin. Bottom sheet too small on the queen bed and couldn't be tucked in. There are no beach towels or shampoo and conditioner supplied. Our view was the 'Luxury' was missing from the servicing of this otherwise excellent place.

Non Luxury stay

The place is fantastic and has a beautiful view. We really liked it and enjoyed everything except the list of duties (like everything must go back to its position and putting the garbage bin on the road, etc.) we found on the fridge that we had to do which made us feel we have been employed by you for free and which had took the luxurious value off it, especially if we have only three nights and we had to spend the last night tidying up the place and carrying out the duties. Yes we agree to keep the place clean and undamaged.So if you ask us if we would like to call back, unfortunately the answer will be NO.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow what a beautiful house and location! We had such an amazing stay with friends at Casa Del Mar. The views from upstairs are just stunning We could whales breaching all weekend. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay we didn't need to leave once we were settled in. Walking distance to the beach. Love the giant window seat in the kitchen for whale watching in the mornings and the gorgeous deck for wines, snack platters ,more whale watching and just taking in the beautiful view in the afternoon. Everything about the house was great we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodation layout over two storeys catered well for an extended family/friend group comprising adults and older teenagers. The upstairs contemporary extension together with the deck provides an excellent place to have family meals but have space to generally chill. The view is amazing but protected from the sun. The property is well appointed and has two kitchens with a secondary deck and games room on the ground floor. There is a steep stair servicing the upper level but there is an (optional- need approval) lift. We will certainly consider Casa de Mar for another stay maybe in winter as I think it could be quite spectacular with the fire going and tthe ever changing view from the picture windows.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow. What a truly incredible home with an abundance of space and the most magnificent views. We had a memorable experience at our recent stay at Casa del Mar. The gorgeous home was well equipped with a huge kitchen area and living spaces. The outside areas on the upper and lower deck were perfect for afternoon drinks and board games while taking in the picturesque views of the bay and trees while listening to the waves down below. We will definitely plan a return visit to this home, we absolutely loved it.
