Sleek gourmet kitchen boasts a large breakfast island bench, and all the modern conveniences of home including a dishwasher, gas stovetop, electric oven, built in microwave and coffee machine

The open plan design seamlessly connects the kitchen to the dining and living areas. The dining area offers a 10 seater table, while the main living area includes a large couch, smart TV, and a cosy wood fire for an abundance of warmth in the winter months. Glass sliding doors can be opened to offer easy inside-outside flow to the outdoor deck on one side, and backyard on the other.

A kids bedroom offers a trundle bunk bed and a small single bed with a ceiling fan and built in robe.

Main bathroom features shower, bathtub and separate w/c.

Separate games room located up the spiral staircase offers another place to chill out featuring a pool table, TV, and a/c.
The spacious outdoor entertaining zone and sparkling pool is one of the highlights of the home; boasting a fabulous pool and decked area for those warm summer days, plus a built-in gas BBQ, and an outdoor dining table and seating area. (Pool towels not provided)

The backyard lawn is a great place for the kids to play.

Dunsborough town centre is a quick 3 minute drive or 1.5km (approx.) walk where you can enjoy the variety of cafes, restaurants and boutique stores on offer
