Thoughtfully designed for relaxed holidays, this contemporary home combines generous space with comfortable family living. Three separate living areas provide flexibility for families and groups, offering plenty of space to connect, enjoy movie nights, keep the kids entertained, or retreat with a good book and a quiet moment to yourself. The main living area features a wood-burning fireplace and reverse-cycle air conditioning, creating an inviting space to relax in every season.
The spacious kitchen is perfectly equipped for entertaining, featuring a large island bench with seating, a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. The dining area provides a welcoming setting for meals and conversation.
The expansive alfresco extends the living experience outdoors, creating a welcoming setting for everything from slow morning coffees to long summer dinners with family and friends. Thoughtfully furnished with generous lounge seating and outdoor dining, it's a space designed to bring people together. Beyond, the private backyard invites relaxed afternoons in the sunshine, while cooler evenings are best spent around the fire pit with a glass of wine and good company.
The primary bedroom offers a peaceful sanctuary with a queen bed, garden views and a spacious ensuite with a large walk-in shower. An additional bedroom features a queen bed, while the remaining two bedrooms each offer two king single beds. These rooms are serviced by the family bathroom, complete with a bath and separate shower.
A separate laundry with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays. Free street parking is available. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves, except for the garage. Please make yourselves at home!
The Neighborhood:
Welcome to Dunsborough, one of Western Australia's favourite coastal destinations, nestled along the shores of Geographe Bay. Just minutes from the town centre, you'll find boutique cafés, popular restaurants, local bars and artisan shops.
Some of the area's most beautiful beaches are within easy reach, including Dunsborough Beach, Meelup Beach and Eagle Bay, known for their crystal-clear waters and white sand. Nearby, Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse marks the start of the iconic Cape to Cape Track, offering spectacular coastal views.
The renowned Margaret River Wine Region is also close by, with celebrated wineries including Flametree Wines, Wise Wine, Cape Naturaliste Vineyard and Aravina Estate. Enjoy brunch at Meelup Farmhouse, stop by Simmo's Ice Creamery, or visit between September and November when whales can often be spotted in Geographe Bay.

A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.
