The Space:

Nestled in a peaceful setting, this beautiful two-storey home is designed for relaxation and entertainment. The exterior boasts a spacious garden, fully enclosed for your peace of mind, kayaks and bikes available for use to fully enjoy the beachside lifestyle, and a ping pong table for endless fun. The undercover patio provides a perfect shaded retreat, ideal for watching the kids play or unwinding with a good book.



Step inside to a stylish upper-level living area, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping ocean views. The comfortable lounge features a cosy potbelly fireplace, plush seating, and a large TV. The adjacent dining area has an elegant wooden table, perfect for shared meals, while the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample space for cooking. Glass sliding doors lead to an expansive veranda with an outdoor dining area, BBQ, and a wood-fired pizza oven—ideal for sunset dinners overlooking the Indian Ocean.



The lower level provides an additional living space, complete with a second lounge, dining area, and kitchenette. The dedicated children's bunk room includes a TV/DVD player, making it the perfect hideaway for younger guests.



The spacious primary suite upstairs features a king bed, stunning views, private veranda access, and a luxurious ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The additional bedrooms—one offering a king bed and the other a queen—are thoughtfully designed with stylish furnishings, ceiling fans, and oil heaters for year-round comfort. With air-conditioning upstairs, log fires for winter nights, and ample parking—including space for a boat—this home is perfect for families, groups, and pet lovers looking for a South West retreat.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Old Dunsborough is a coastal gem, known for its pristine beaches, scenic walking trails, and relaxed atmosphere. Just minutes from the boat ramp, you can launch a kayak, swim in the calm turquoise waters, or take a leisurely coastal walk. A five-minute drive away, Meelup Beach offers stunning white sand and crystal-clear waters, perfect for swimming and picnicking. The vibrant Dunsborough town centre is just a ten-minute walk, where you'll find boutique shops, charming cafes, and a lively weekend market showcasing local produce. A short drive takes you to the iconic Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic ocean views.



For food lovers, Bungalow Neighbourhood Social is the go-to spot for wood-fired pizza and cocktails, while Blue Manna Bistro serves up fresh seafood with an excellent wine list. If you're after a fine dining experience, Yarri Restaurant highlights the best of local ingredients in a refined setting. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the scenic coastal trail from Old Dunsborough to Castle Rock, embark on a whale-watching adventure between July and October, or take a short drive to the world-class wineries of the Margaret River region.

Parking: Ample parking is provided in the garage and driveway with enough space for a boat.



Airport: 35 minutes by car.



Public transport: Just a 4-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
