"This space is lovely, with lake views and well-maintained grounds. You can tell that the owners have put in work to make this place comfortable and accommodating. My room was comfortable with hot water, AC, newly installed internet, TV, fridge, etc. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I requested an airport shuttle and the owner reached out to make sure they had picked me up. Even offered to keep the kitchen open late for me if I needed food upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again! "

"The people were very nice and the outside portion of the properties was beautiful. The food was ok but always late. The rooms had no fans to circulate air, holes in the screens and mosquito netting, toilet handle kept coming off, etc. There is also no cross ventilation to move air... it was hot. WiFi is only at the patio of the lobby area. We ate here every meal and every meal was 30 min to an hour after it was set to be eaten. The price was good and reviews were high so we chose here. "The property is quite an unexpected find in the area. Enjoy the delights of a pool, soon to be ready gym, decent bar undecisive between reliving the 40's and honouring the today's and of course the excellent cook; truly deserving the title Chef. The mattress may be a bit hard for your liking, however, the night's sleep is guaranteed mosquito free thanks to the good mosquito nets around the bed. "Avoid!! Hotel in great location and should have been nice BUT.... I don't normally write reviews but this place was a nightmare from the start. On my arrival at 10.30pm from the airport, reception showed me to a tiny dark room with no view rather than the double dulux with lake view I'd booked. They told me Expedia had not paid them enough, my booked room wasn't available and this is all I could have - what a scam! The place was empty and the excuse was an obvious lie. Refused to accept the room...
