"The Brown Trout Golf and Country Inn was perfect. Very friendly staff. Had two meals here. Had lovely food and plenty of it. The breakfasts were also good. Had English and then had a lighter breakfast the next day, yoghurt and fruit with toast to follow. The room was also lovely, our own little cottage style room. Plenty of space and comfortable and clean. The lounge area was cosy as well with a log fire. I could have stayed here a week."

"What a lovely place to stay! Annie, our host (and her sweet dog Mabel) were really fun to visit with. The accommodations were spotless and spacious and the setting in the countryside was beautiful. "I hate writing neutral reviews (usually try to save it for the bad or the great!) but I wanted to share so folks can set expectations. First, the location and the staff were great. Right on beach and next to the bus stop I used to get all around the coast. All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. I did feel, though, that the level of experience for the money was not equal. My room was in an annex building down a dim hallway and up two flights of stairs with no elevator. I cannot...
