Location was amazing right on the ocean edge with birds fish and sea lions to watch. A 2 minute walk from the car to house but with it. Two kayaks to paddle around. Port Chalmers only 15 mins away with supermarket and restaurants perfect get away!

Wonderfully quirky and unique. We loved our stay. Great location, stunning beach with a well equipped house. Lots of firewood, friendly neighbour dropped off extra too. Other heating options available, lots of blankets and plenty of space. Brilliant and quick communication with hosts.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a welcome retreat from the graduation ceremonies at Otago University. The beds were comfortable, the scenery spectacular. On the two days we had to ourselves, the children lived on the beach and in the kayaks. Highly recommend.
