"This was a place that was very well cared for. the owner was more than a hostess, she was cordially very willing to do anything possible to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I stayed here for several months due to work. My husband and children came at weekends to accompany me. This was such a relaxing environment to refuel and have quality time with the family. The hospitality and kindness of the hostess and her family were exceptional. A real home away from home"

"What a quaint little place this was! We loved our time in Thorpe Bay and this little apartment was just perfect. One note is that I believe there had been an animal sitting on the sofa because I had a horrible allergic reaction the night we were there after laying on it. I am more sensitive than most and soft surfaces do retain traces of animal hair/dander longer. A few hours later after I recovered I just stuck to sitting in the comfy green leather chair and I was fine. Lovely place full of...
