Spacious and clean rooms. Handing over rooms upon arrival could be more efficient, taking into account that if a client arrives early, it is usually because they have been traveling very early. Good breakfast although the replenishment when a product was finished

Have stayed there before for a works event, I felt the hotel has gone down hill, bit scruffy in places, bathroom floor dirty, they didn't offer room service the night I stayed, no changing of beds if you are staying less than 3 nights (although you could request), I did find this odd. Such a special cottage and it was so easy to make the short walk to the high street. We had everything we needed and Maggie provided so much helpful information and precious welcome gifts. This made our first trip to the UK absolutely perfect. Perfect stay.
