"We have been staying for a week with three adults and two children of 3 and 6 years. The house is located in a small cul de sac, so there is only minimal traffic. The beach and sea are only a short walk of about 2 minutes away; bus stops, restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. "Kinda hard to list this property as it’s not an apartment (but you can use the kitchen) and it’s not just a room as it’s the size of small flat with plenty of space and your own wc on your own level of the house so it’s private too. "Luxurious yet comfortable, had pretty much everything you might need for a lovely staycation (could do with a microwave though for warming things up!). Ideally situated for visiting Sussex’s coastal towns and inland City of Chichester and historic town of Arundel. Beach is a pebble beach, and sadly full of seaweed when we visited so we couldn’t get to the water without getting covered in the stuff, but that can’t be helped. Lovely stay overall! "

"Great smell of freshness when you walked into the premises followed by very clean appearance throughout. Place had a welcoming feeling when you walked through and everything that was necessary was quickly located. Wonderful position of the bungalow with super windows to enjoy the sea view. Very satisfactory and relaxing break. Thank you for preparing the accommodation to such a high standard."

"Property looks disappointing on first look at the outside but once inside it is perfect. We had a night away with friends and family eating and playing games. Venue was very comfortable and had everything you could need. It was lovely to have plenty of bedrooms so we could share or be alone. Everyone said the beds were comfy. Very close to the beach for a lovely walk. Would definitely use again. "

Das kommt hauptsächlich von den sehr kleinen Handwaschbecken und dem WC unter dem Dach in einer beengten Stelle. Hier und da wären kleine Schönheitsreparaturen nötig (Abfluss von Waschbecken war u.a. verstopft und wir mussten es selbst beheben) und es wäre auch schön gewesen die passende Nespressomaschine zu den Kapseln zu haben. "It was very nice, the stairs need to be fixed as look like the are rotting also so would not use them, hot tub bar to pull back cover screw loose and kept falling off. Shower needs sorting out as squirts everywhere concerned that could get hair dryer wet so would not use. Floor gets wet everywhere in the bathroom due to the shower head. Other than that very comfortable clean very relaxing. "
