Great time with family and friends and the house helped make that happen. Nice layout, decent kitchen, nice wraparound porches. Hot tub was enjoyed by all. Nice privacy with each of the sleeping areas.

What a cozy, relaxing home and location! The house is well stocked; plenty of kitchen supplies from plates, pots and pans to spices and paper products. The beds were comfortable and extra blankets available for colder nights or wrapping up on the couch. The only suggestion we have are some beach towels for use with the hot tub.The brook behind the house was soothing and the upper deck was great for catching some spring sunshine on. The lower screened in porch with the hot tub and gas fire pit was absolutely perfect for relaxing in after a day of hiking! Alana was a joy to work with and very quick to answer all of our questions both before, during and after our stay. Would definitely rent this home again and not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

What a wonderful place to stay. It’s quiet and nestled in the woods of burnside. The view of the creek is beautiful as well. I would stay at this property again!! Super clean and the little extra amenities were great!!

First trip to Lake Cumberland

If you are like to stay off the beaten path this cabin is for you! The resort was about 15 minutes to Burnside and surrounded by beautiful scenery. You do have neighbors but everyone is super nice! There was 8 of us in my family that went for our annual family vacation and the cabin was plenty big enough for us all! 3 full bathrooms, bedrooms are spacious, kitchen was supplied with all the cooking materials we needed. You have two porches to choose from. The top floor porch wrapped around the side of the house to the back with plenty of seating and beautiful views. The bottom porch was smaller but screened in, the hot tub and little propane fire pit in there, we enjoyed our times on both porches! There is a fire pit at the bottom of the property but we did not go down there. Grocery store is about 30 minutes away but there is a little store at the resort and dollar generals around. Overall we enjoyed our stay and have no complaints!

Great stay

The property was great, the only thing that was a little challenging for us was we have a large pontoon boat that we towed to the property. Turning the boat around was very difficult so we made the decision to leave the boat at the community dock which was fine. The dock was great and we loved the property. The owner was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this property to others just know before you pull the boat down into the street for the property it is very tight and you may want to store it at the dock.

Cumberland Cabin

We had a great stay at this cabin. The creek out back was very relaxing to sit by and listen to. The cabin was very spacious and clean. If we needed anything, the property owner was very attentive and quick to get back to us.

Just What We Needed

We spent 4 days of our grandkids’ fall break in the cottage. It was just as described and suited our needs well. We took several hikes in the area that were a short drive away. Lots of vista views that we really enjoyed.
