"We stayed in the Linwood Suite for 1 night. The room was spacious, luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast was of a high quality. The room is immediately above the function area and noise travels easily (there was a wedding reception) - we weren't warned about this previously but it was not a problem as we went out to dinner and the noise quietened down before midnight.
Unfortunately the experience was ruined by loud noise in the room. It was a mechanical noise which sounded like a generator...

"It was snowing when we arrived. The room was very cold because of no heating. I returned to reception, complained and the heating was connected, After a few hours the room heated up. At 2 am I woke up. The room was very cold and without heating. I called reception for more that 30 minutes but no one answered. In the morning I complained. The hotel answered that there was nothing that could be done. No shampoo in the room. I will not return. Not recommendable."

"We have stayed with you a number of times over the last 25 years. Also eaten in the Brasserie more often. The room was a little tired didn’t feel the treat I remembered. The staff were fabulous as always. Think some corners are being cut such a shame. We will come again"
