A Home to Relax and Unwind
The lounge and dining table share one room, so the whole group can eat together and then settle in front of the smart TV afterwards. The bedrooms come with their own smart TVs, handy for winding down at your own pace. After a day out walking, the bath with a shower over it does the job nicely.

• Bathroom: Marble-tiled, with a bath and shower over, and a heated towel rail.

• Outdoor space: Private enclosed tiled courtyard round the back with gated access, good for a bit of fresh air away from the street.

Location
You`re on a quiet residential street, tucked away but still an easy walk into town. Burnley has plenty of history, walks and Pennine countryside close by, and you can get around fine without a car if you`d rather not drive.

Good to Know Before You Book
The house is set over a couple of floors, so you`ll be using the stairs to reach the bedrooms. There`s one bathroom shared between the four bedrooms. Parking is free on the street out front rather than a private space, and it`s usually easy to find a spot. The courtyard is tiled and enclosed, handy for fresh air but not a garden as such. Check-in is self-service via the lockbox at the front door, so there`s no need to meet anyone on arrival, and full instructions come through on the day.

Extra charges
Early check-in or late checkout can be requested after booking, subject to availability and approval, through a secure third-party platform. It`s £25 for 1 hour either side, or £40 for 2 hours.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
