The stairs are somewhat challenging for the elderly and mobility impaired. I didn’t realize when booking that I could have requested a ground floor room. My bad - should have read the small print. Would definitely stay again if in the area."

"We have stayed here many times and it has never disappointed. It is well located near a bus stop where you can get the Coast Hopper bus service. Car park is big and rooms comfortable (Room 3). Breakfast staff are efficient and friendly and breakfast itself is satisfactory. Restaurant is pleasant. Layout of complex is charming and very welcoming. "The Malting has be developed to a very high standard, and is staffed by very competent and polite people. The bar area has a very traditional feel to it with comfortable seating and beautiful surrounds. The restaurant, whist a little expensive delivers quality food however the menu is rather limited. Service is excellent."
