We absolutely LOVED it!!

My husband and our four kids absolutely loved this house!! It felt like we were at home but even nicer! It was so nicely decorated and the kitchen was supplied with anything we could have ever needed. The beds were SO comfortable. Absolutely recommend Longhorn Cove Cabin. We already booked again for next year!!

There is internet available, but I found that my phone service was much better as their wifi was very slow. But you really don't come to the hill country for the internet. The grass & wild flowers are so high, we didn’t see the street sign. LOL I was also disappointed we were not inside the resort. Once we found the house, we we blown away. Gorgeous home. Beautiful inside & out. Immaculate. It was so quiet & peaceful. We couldn’t see any neighbors. Drinking coffee on the patio both morning’s & listening to the wildlife was wonderful. I can’t wait to stay there again. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

The washer and dryer is accessible and conveniently located. Ther is plenty of parking in a shaded area up front. The living room fold out couches are great but not for sleeping on. Since there are no curtains it is bright in the morning. The AC works great, gets cold if you want it to. It is not in walking distance to the other log country cove cabins. The map makes it look like it is but your down a county road off from the other cabins. I would recommend it if you don’t have a party staying at main log country cove facility. We had family at lost moose and we couldn’t easily walk over. It was a drive. It’s a gorgeous cabin and very cozy!!

So enjoyed sitting out on the back patio watching the deer and cardinals. Hope to return sometime when we have more time and can take advantage of the other activities available.
