"We arrived at the check in time and the unit was not cleaned. There was poop in the toilet, beds not done, food in the kitchen and towels on the floor. The host only had excuses and offered 50 credit. We had to get ready for an event in a disgusting bathroom. When we returned later the unit had been cleaned but because of the late hour on a Sunday, the cleaners did not put much effort into cleaning the unit. The floors and carpets were not vacuumed. The supplies had not been replenished. ...

"We loved staying on the houseboat instead of a hotel. We had stayed on a houseboat the last time we visited Boston and it was a cool experience. It’s quiet and peaceful and more quaint than a hotel. Communication was great and made the check in process easy. We met up with sherry and she explained everything thoroughly. Very grateful. We traveled with 4 adults, 2 elementary aged children and a dog. A little tight but we made it work. Overall a great experience. Love."

"The hotel was an okay stay overall. The rooms are well furnished and have ample space, the bed is comfortable and the bed linens and pillows are decent quality. Where this place loses points for me is the fact that the rooms are not soundproof and the constant traffic outside makes it harder to sleep. Additionally, there was no way to control the air conditioning in the room, the controls were both old and broken and since it was really hot outside, it took a while to feel comfortable when coming back in. Breakfast was only available from 6 to 9 am so I never got to actually try it. The staff were really nice and welcoming so that was a plus."
