Hello Tara. We apologize that your evening was ruined. Our front desk staff's evening was also ruined due to your cursing and shouting at her when she was attempting to help you. When management arrived to the hotel, within 10 minutes of the call by the desk agent to help address the situation, she worked diligently to address the mixup in rooms for you. You were offered a private, locked meeting room to change clothes and leave your belongings in while you went to dinner. Prior to 9pm, we were actually able to figure out the cause of the mixup and upgrade you to the nicest room in the hotel but since you were still at dinner you obviously could not check-in. Again, we apologize that your evening was ruined and that a room was not ready for you initially. We are also sorry you were not satisfied with the resolution.
