"Beautiful atmosphere "

"We came in from Pittsburgh, PA for a huge event in the city that was well advertised. When checking in, the process was rather lengthy with multiple people waiting. The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone. The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. "The apartment was very clean and easy to get to, we had everything we needed and it was close to the water and restraunts. The host was easy to communicate with and got back to me almost immediately for all our needs. "

The manager told us they “forgot” to change the settings. It was in the 20’s and the house needs storm windows. The windows leak badly!
