"Thid was a nice property that comfortably fit me, my spouse, and 4 other couples for our wedding weekend. The property was clean, check in was smooth, and it had nice amenities. One downside is that it is a new build and there are some aspects that were clearly rushed. For example the handles on all foors arent installed correctly so the whole mechanism moves rather than just the handle. But minor cosmetic issues are not that big of a deal.I would definitely stay here again! "

"Property was the perfect stay for our family. Home is updated, clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a weekend or even longer trip to Southington. Location is super convenient to everything downtown and surrounding villages as well as Interstate 84 if you are traveling further about. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. "we paid for early check in, however, seems as though it was not communicated and by the time we were able to get in the house, it was nearly the normal check-in time which turns out to be a waste of money for me..Also there were no instructions on turning on the heat which we were doing incorrectly and had to wait in a 45 deg house until someone came to adjust it- also we had to call about the fire place - and the recliner seats did not work"
