Situated just steps from the waterfront of Toledo Bend Reservoir, this vacation rental hosts the perfect family retreat or lake lover's getaway. If the prime location and beautiful views haven't sold you already, keep in mind you'll have ultra-easy access to swimming, boating, and tubing from private dock and pier.

We enjoyed our stay at this little house. The back patio was enjoyable at all hours of the day.. nice we could pull the boat up on the sand for night, etc. We’d stay again!

My mother and I took a short trip just for some relaxation and we really enjoyed this trip everything was perfect. They had everything you would have ever needed or asked for I would recommend this trip for everyone.

Family Weekend

We rented this house and a house down the street for a big family weekend. The house is perfect for Mom, Dad and two kids. The lake is a short walk off the back patio. We love this area of the lake and everyone had a great time!

Wonderful anniversary getaway

Cozy cabin, with an unbeatable view! Perfectly sized for a couple, with a surprisingly large kitchen, and a dock to tie off our boat. Hubby caught fish while I caught R&R on the deck, looking out at the lake. A wonderful retreat.

Perfect size for a couple, with an unbeatable view lakeside. Lazy days fishing, with the boat tied off at the private dock. A surprisingly large kitchen, comfy living room & bedroom loft.

A beautiful, peaceful getaway

SO GLAD we found this beautiful cabin! It is so cute, just as the pictures show. We spent 3 days lounging, enjoying the scenery, reading the owner's curated collection of magazines, and cooking in the lovely kitchen. The bed is comfortable, the couch is comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean and accommodating. Love the aesthetics and simplicity of the space

Amazing views. Quiet and serene.

Very well equipped, clean and cozy place. The sunrise views are fantastic. The wildlife is all around - geese, turtles, squirrels. Far enough from the highway to avoid noise, but close enough for easy access. Easy check in and check-out. Highly recommended!

Relaxing and cozy!

We enjoyed our weekend! Very clean, updated and cozy! Only comment would be is to change/check the regulator on the grill, the grill works but doesn’t get very hot! Looking forward to staying here again!!!

Perfect Get-away

We loved the cabin, the location and especially the beautiful lake. We launched our kayaks from the backyard and explored the shoreline along the Sabine National Forest. We found sandy beaches where we parked and swam. We spent lots of time sitting on the pier, fishing from the pier and drinking coffee watching the sun come up. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The cabin itself was comfortable and beautifully decorated with a full kitchen for preparing meals. We would definitely like to stay here again.
