We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, clean, and very tastefully decorated home. The views of the lake are spectacular! The weather was even warm enough for us to enjoy the conveniently located kayaks by the lake.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful home. Great lake views from most rooms. And outside was very enjoyable. Our only issue was the BBQ seems old and only half of the burners would light. Not good for searing steaks. The second night I removed the grates and cleaned off the individual ignition tube contacts. That fox it. But I recommend the BBQ get refreshed to fully working. But great all in all.

Great extended weekend getaway

There is an abundance of space, both personal and social. It's very clear a lot of thought was put into the layout and amenities. Each room has a unique view of the lake and its own character. My favorite was the covered porch that has a nearly 180 view of the lake. Makes you feel that you're sitting above it. My wife loved the "Lounge." She found it very quiet and peaceful. The kids disappeared into their basement "apartment" for the weekend. Appreciated the snow removal prior to our arrival. House was very clean and there were plenty of cooking/cleaning/eating utensils. We found the general neighborhood very quiet. It's about a 5 minute walk at the most to the convenience store which has a small selection of adult beverages and fried catfish filet sandwiches on Fridays. The check out process was one of the easiest we have experienced with VRBO's. Will certainly be considering returning in the future.

Loved our stay!

This house is beautiful and the setting right on Lake Anna is spectacular. Beautifully furnished inside and outside and kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, etc. All rooms very clean! Would rent again!

Beautiful

Our family enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful property. It has great amenities and great spaces. There was plenty of room for us to be together as well as separate spaces if people needed some down time during the day. Lovely!

We had a good stay house was equipped with everything needed, only downfall with a family of 12 staying was trash there were only 2 smaller trash cans and with a family as big as ours and eating 3 meals a day there was just not enough room for all the trash I believe this property just needs trash pickup each day of the stay, another downfall was not being able to use garbage disposal especially with any left over food.all in all we had a good stay.

No "Whining" Just "Wining"and Dining

We all LOVED Lake Anna. There were many things to see and do. We particularly enjoyed all the wineries and wine tasting; plus, we loved the Boat Ride on the Orange Troller. Capt. Ellis was a great captain and tour guide. Also, some wonderful restaurants. It just felt good to relax and enjoy our surroundings. While we were there we saw Elon Musk's Starlink Satellite Train in the night sky. THAT was real treat. The house was perfect for us...particularly the views....spectacular!!

Beautiful and comfortable home, amazing lakefront home with spectacular sunrise/sunsets

Such a comfortable and beautiful home! This home has lake views from practically every room. From the moment we stepped into the home we felt at home. The beds and couches were super comfy. The appliances all worked properly and the ac was particularly cool and gave us relief on some of the most hottest days of the summer. This house actually had more than was listed on the listing. We like to cook and this home had everything we needed to make great meals for our family plus nice little extras in the bathrooms (soaps, vanity mirrors and chairs for our teenage girls). There were enough Kayaks and life jackets for our family to all go out together plus a cool floating mat to use too. The fire pit was awesome at night for s’mores. There are Board Games, movies, outdoor games, bbq and a convenience store right at the end of the road too. Larger grocery store was only 10 minutes away. We felt safe at this home as it is gated and secluded. Neighbors were also very friendly. They even had a fireworks show! We enjoyed a day of swimming and fishing at Lake Anna state park and mini golf. We ventured to Fredericksburg to shop….so many wonderful little shops that we ran out of time so next time we will definitely have to take in all of its rich history. We have so many sweet memories of our time at Lake Anna.
