"The hotel is located near city center. It is close to eateries. The hotel's hygiene is satisfactory, air conditioning, and hot water are all very good. We have a non-smoking room. They have a private underground parking. Disadvantages: The pillow is too old. It would be better if there is an option to pay a bit more for a refrigerator."

"Family premium room had no windows but my kids love it. Love the aesthetics of the hotel. Very quaint and unique! Rooftop is a nice place to sit and talk with family.our room had a loft with single bed however spotted several mosquitoes. The steps to the loft in our room needs some repair as some of the wood chips are coming off and can be quite dangerous. "

"The room is beautiful but smelly. Bed is not clean. I got bed bugs n my whole body looks like chicken pox. The bed is very dirty. The comforter also looks like never change. Very dirty hotel."

"It exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and high-speed Wi-Fi. The hotel’s location was perfect — close to major attractions, restaurants, parking is free for hotel guests and we found it peaceful quiet...
