SWIMMING POOL: The pool is not heated and is typically available seasonally from June through mid-September, weather permitting. Pool availability, water temperature, and weather conditions cannot be guaranteed.
For stays longer than 2 nights, we may need to briefly access the property to service the pool. Pool maintenance generally takes approximately 15 minutes and may require access to the backyard and garage area. Whenever possible, advance notice will be provided.
CREEK ACCESS: The property sits directly on a deep-water creek suitable for kayaking and boating. If you plan to bring a boat, please contact us in advance.
LAUNDRY: The washer and dryer are not available for guest use. Several laundromats and laundry services are located nearby.
ID REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: Check-in instructions and door access codes will be provided after receipt of a valid government-issued photo ID. The name on the ID must match the reservation. All adult occupants are required to provide identification prior to check-in.
CAMERAS: For security purposes, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front entrance and rear deck. Cameras record video and audio 24/7. There are no cameras inside the home.
Tampering with, obstructing, or disabling security equipment is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the reservation and additional charges.

Great Location
This house was as described and was in a great location. Beds were very comfortable; kitchen was well stocked, and pool was clean. We enjoyed our stay the host was responsive and friendly. We hope to stay here again it was the perfect spot!

Great property!
The owner of this property was so nice and accommodating! I got to take my getting ready wedding day photos and a small get together afterwards. It was perfect and of course we made sure to keep the property clean and in the same condition. I would stay here again!
