The apartment is in a great location, was clean and has 24 hour security. Host communication was challenging - I was dealing with one person for the deposit and payment, then another person who I had to resend proof of payment to, then a third person who dealt with the check in/out. Our flights were delayed, so we ended up having to check in around 2:30am the day after we were originally supposed to arrive. I communicated this clearly to the second person once our flights were sorted and included our new flight information at their request. They said they communicated the information to the third person for check in. When we arrived at the security gate at the apartment at 02:30am, the guard had no information about us and the check in agent was not on site. I called her and we sorted it out within about 20 minutes but it was the last thing we needed after two long days of travels and delays. Other than that, we had a great stay. One suggestion would be for the listing to specify that the pool is only open seasonally and access to the gym is a bit complicated as it requires facial recognition.
