- CHECK IN: The ENTRANCE time to the apartment is from 16HS.
* Check-in is done by PICK-UP of keys at the time the cleaning is being carried out, which can be before 4: 00 pm, or after 4: 00 pm in SMART LOCKER 5 blocks from the apartment, with a code that is sent to pick up the key.

-CHECK OUT: When retiring, the keys must be left inside the apartment or the same smart locker where they were removed.

* Early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed. It will depend on the availability of the moment, whether there is a reservation the night before or the day of departure. Please do not check this days in advance: You may know the day before check in or the day before check out.

- The use of the pool is exclusively for guests. It is forbidden to enter with people who are not staying in the apartment .

- When making the reservation, we will ask you to send us an ID photo (ID or PASSPORT) of all those who stay via email. This is mandatory in order to enter the building.

*We do not make reservations outside of AIRBNB.

- The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the entrance to the apartment in optimal conditions with sheets and towels. It does not include daily cleaning, or any other type. It leaves 1 set of towels per person and 1 set of sheets per bed with their pillows and blanket.
*Reservations of more than 1 month include 1 monthly mandatory cleaning.

If you need an invoice, you must request prior to confirming the reservation and the VAT will be added.
