Our house has five comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a double-height living room and dining room, three sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all rooms, a separate laundry room, and a high-speed internet connection. The jewel in the crown is our incredible terrace, with grill and pool, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunny day or a starry night having a barbecue with friends and family.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.
