There’s a reason this place has 5 stars on Expedia, and it’s because the service is truly outstanding. From offering an early check-in after my international flight, to meeting me for breakfast on my first morning, to recommending great local spots and helping with anything I needed, the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. It genuinely feels like staying at a trusted friend’s place. The location is also unbeatable right in the heart of Palermo Soho, with everything within easy walking distance. I couldn’t recommend this place more. 10/10.

Easy 5-star rating. Fantastic location in Palermo, clean, WiFi and air conditioning (2 units) functioned well and coordination and check in with our host, Guillermina, was flawless. She ensured a smooth checkin, provided a wonderful overview of the area and culture and answered all of our subsequent questions very promptly. We would easily book again.

The local host was amazing. I gave her my itinerary prepared by AI and she revised it to include a better sequence of activities while recommending additional places that were excellent. This was a solo trip but I didn't feel alone as she kept in contact every day. Finally I forgot to pickup my laundry before they closed and had to fly out that night so I expected to lose them. She was nice enough to have her husband bring it to me in Miami during a personal visit. That was above and beyond, wish I could rate 11 stars out of 5. Thank you so much!

This apartment was the ideal spot for my stay in Buenos Aires. It is right in the middle of a vibrant neighborhood with all the coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, and low-key bars you could ask for. Whether I wanted a coffee or I wanted to go for a run, I could do it all from here. It is also very close to public transit options that will get you to other parts of town. Very convenient.The apartment itself is in a modern building with fully-functioning elevator and updated heating and air-condition systems in both the living room and bedroom. It is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is useful for folks who are spending a bit longer and don't want to eat out every night. I was traveling solo, but the living room sofa easily becomes a bed and the space would be quite comfortable in case of a party of two who sleep separately.The owner and property manager were extremely responsive. I agree with the guidebooks about pre-arranging a ride from the airport. Jeff arranged for my ride, and it was a very easy pickup. The check-in process was easy, and the property manager gave me several great recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try, and other things to do.I do plan to return to Buenos Aires, and I will definitely try to book this apartment again on my next stay. Hace muy buenas ondas!!!

Great apartment in my preferred neighborhood

Perfect location, with everything within walking distance. Large balcony to street, but not particularly noisy. Well insulated from neighbors. Very attentive property manager. This place is perfect for a couple.

Nice location and quality stay

Very convenient, safe location with quality restaurants and cafes. Clean, comfortable, updated. All amenities we needed including a welcome basket and power adapter. Friendly and knowledgeable property manager. Great communication overall. Affordable price so that we were able to rent a week and travel overnight once without bringing all of our luggage with!

A great start in Argentina

Communication was key throughout with the owner and Manager of this apartment.This was my first time in Argentina and they took care of the airport transportation, welcoming package of goodies and amazing help from the Manager Guillermina. She is God-sent.The place is in the heart of Palermo that allowed us to move within walking distance all over the place in that neighborhood. Night time is not bad unlike in other areas where people just party and you can't catch a good night.I think as a starting place, it was ideal specially with the monumental help from Guille on places to go, money exchange and culture there. I can't thank her enough. I miss Argentina.Thank you Jeff for everything and your communication at the drop of the hat.

Amazing place!

We loved our stay in Palermo! We stayed with my husband, myself, and our teenage son and it was a perfect amount of space. We really appreciated having the AC in both the bedroom and living room areas! The porch was so nice and peaceful! We loved the area- super safe and walkable. Our host was incredibly helpful before and during our stay! And she even met us super early in the morning after our flight! Would highly recommend!

Spent almost a week at this apartment. Both owner and manager were highly responsive to any need. Very helpful. We happened to have a couple of issues which were promptly attended and resolved. Apartment is comfortable, clean and well furnished. Location is near everything in excellent neighborhood.

Great property, perfect for a couple near loads of restaurants, cafes, bars and little shops. Guille was great, met us at the property and gave us some good restaurant options. Highly recommend!

Awesome location

This location is a wonderful location near several restaurants all within walking distance. We had arranged a pick up with the owner from the airport to the condo and he was respectful, courteous, and convenient. I would highly recommend this pick up as the addresses in BA can be confusing and may lead you to the province address. Guillermina was AMAZING and so helpful throughout our 11 day stay here. Many great recommendations for food and things to do. I will definitely stay here again!

truly the best location in Palermo

Everything the ad says about the property is true, and then some. Great property manager. Convenient maid service for longer stays. Huge gym around the corner costs $35/month. Supermarket on the next block. Laundry service a half-block away (about $3 for a bag of laundry, $6 for same-day service). Restaurants and shops all around. Couldn't have been more satisfied!
