"Several issues impacted the experience and thus the value. Key access instructions overly complicated. The unit was cold upon arrival and took until 6-8hrs to hit room temp. The knob on the bedroom baseboard heater control was broken and a throw-blanket draped the baseboard behind the sofa. Glad we caught it. The TV's would not stay connected due to wifi signal issues. Reset router and TVs- no deal. Unable to utilize the TVs. The sofa is ready for heavy trash pickup, the cushions sinking...
