NO, You should NOT get a refund. If you had bothered to pick up the room phone and dial 0, and let us know about the issue, and give us a chance to address the issue instead of leaving a nasty note threatening us to write a bad review on Yelp, we would've checked the hot water, and if we couldn't fix it, we would've moved you to a different room. For your information, I checked the hot water, and there was plenty of it. The reason it took a minute to get to your sink was because it was freezing cold outside.

Thank you for taking the time to express your opinion. The motel is old, but it's not run down. We always wash, sanitize, and change the sheets and towels. All our windows have been replaced several years ago, so bathroom windows are very easy to open and close. Nobody has complained about our shower water pressure. I will check your room.
