Wir (Familie mit zwei 8- und 10-jährigen Kindern) haben eine traumhafte Juni-Woche in der Villa Luca verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Außenanlagen und der Pool sind wunderbar. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und das Sprungbrett war das absolute Highlight für unsere Kinder. Ein zweiter Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre noch praktisch, aber man findet auch anderswo im Garten/auf der Terrasse ausreichend Schatten. Unterhalb des Hauses befindet sich ein Bolzplatz, was für fußballbegeisterte Reisende evtl. interessant sein könnte ;) . Die Kommunikation sowohl mit der Vermieterin als auch mit der Hausmeisterin verlief unkompliziert und freundlich über WhatsApp. Zum Einkaufen fanden wir den großen Eurospar direkt in Budoni am besten. Empfehlenswert sind außerdem das Restaurant Shardana, sowie die Sala Bay Beach Bar und der dazugehörige kleine Strandabschnitt.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Luca trovandola comoda e piacevole. La piscina è pulita e la sua area molto curata, la casa comoda, con tutto l'indispensabile e anche qualche dettaglio in più. La proprietaria è stata cortese e esaustiva, sempre disponibile. Consigliamo!

We loved our stay in Villa Luca, a real gem of a property. The house is so cleverly built - the inside space is perfect and compact, and then that gorgeous shady veranda and absolutely stunning pool, where we spent most of our week. Communication with Francesca was excellent - she always replied super fast and when we had small issues (with ants and pool water) she arranged for people to come and sort them out within half an hour. There isn't much in the local village - although the supermarket was surprisingly big and perfect for our needs, and we enjoyed trying out the different pizzerias (our favourite was the Rosso Pomodoro). We decided it was a bit too hot to attempt walking to the beach but drove to some nice ones - we found that heading to the beach in the evening was a good plan as the crowds were going home and the temperature was milder.

Wir haben uns für die Suche nach der perfekten Unterkunft, nach allen unseren Vorstellungen, wirklich eine Menge Zeit genommen - und es hat sich gelohnt ... Villa Luca Sardegna hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir am liebsten dort geblieben wären. Es sieht alles genau so aus, wie auf den Fotos im "Prospekt". Geschmackvolle, tolle Einrichtung, herrlicher Freisitz, wundervoller Garten mit blühenden Pflanzen, großer sauberer Poolbereich. Alles Notwendige gibt es in naher Umgebung. Sehr gute Restaurants sind fußläufig und schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ausflugtipps gibts von der Hausvermieterin. Auch die Kommunikation mit Francesca (der Hausvermieterin) und Mariantonietta (der Hausverwalterin) war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Wir würden immer wieder gerne in der Villa Luca Urlaub machen.

Villa was nice. Quite overlooked by surrounding villas though but we stayed out of seasons so wasnt an issue for us. Its more of a 'trek' to beach and shops, would definitely recommend car hire. Would have been nice to have had some essentials in the house when we arrived, our flight was a late one so we had nothing at home to eat when we arrived, and some more toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing tablets would have been helpful. Overall nice stay if youre looking for a quiet villa for a lazy break. Communication was great and check in/out very smooth.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Luca war grandios. Ein perfektes Haus. Kurz zusammengefasst: küchenausstattung 👍, Lage 👍, Einkausmärkte in nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die traumhaften Stände in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen, der gigantische saubere Pool 👍 ( Beschwerden bzgl. Einsehbarkeit können wir nicht wirklich bestätigen, da das Haus am Ende einer Sackgasse ist und hier kein Durchgangsverkehr herrscht. Die wenige Villen in dieser Straße sind durch ein elekt. Tor für den Zugang/Zufahrt fremder Urlauber versperrt. ) Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder! Danke auch für den frühen Check In 8.00 und den späten Check out 20.00 das hat uns zwei tolle zusätzliche Tage beschert.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Luca sehr genossen. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern (1 und 3 Jahre alt) für eine Woche dort und es gab ein babybett und Hochstühle für die Kinder und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt aber super schön und sauber und es gibt auch ein paar Spielzeuge fürs Wasser. Abends ist er wunderschön beleuchtet und man kann noch toll draußen sitzen. Die Lage in der privatstraße mit elektronischem Tor ist auch super und man ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto in Budoni - ein Supermarkt ist auch per Fuß zu erreichen. Tolle Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe und mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell nach San Teodoro gefahren. Wir würden gern wiederkommen :)

Villa Luca is an incredible little Villa perfect for a small family. It’s well equipped and the garden and pool are amazing. Worth noting the pool isn’t heated, which makes it a great escape from the heat but quite cold for small children. The local beaches are amazing with crystal clear waters and white sand. Would recommend hiring a car to make it easy to get to Budoni and other local areas too.

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super klasse und die Übergabe des Schlüssels war ganz unkompliziert. Der Pool des Hauses ist ein Traum und unsere Kinder ( 13 und 7 Jahre) haben ihn täglich genutzt. Das Ferienhaus war mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Familie brauchte. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was wir uns wünschten. Was uns etwas irritierte war, das in der Beschreibung stand, das „Bettwäsche / Handtücher bereitgestellt werden“ Allerdings ist dies noch mit Kosten verbunden. Und hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es sofort wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für alles.

We had an amazing time at Villa Luca. It was very relaxing. The pool and small diving board provided many hours of fun. The communication with Francesca was superb and she was on hand to help immediately with any problems via WhatsApp. Football pitch closeby where kids would play football but this wasn’t a problem at all. Quite close to other villas but generally very peaceful and quiet. Would recommend car hire to see the beaches but there is one that is within a walking distance. Overall, a fantastic stay and would re-visit in a heartbeat.

Communication with the owner was great and we got some tips on where to eat etc in advance which was helpful. There are a couple of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and lots of beaches nearby. Everything with the villa was exactly as described in the ad so no complaints at all.

The Villa was perfect for our weeks holiday we had everything we needed and beautiful surroundings to enjoy whilst relaxing at the villa. The pool is fantastic and provided great joy to all of us and we enjoyed our visits to the local beach the sea was beautiful. We explored some of the coastline and did a snorkelling trip from Poltu Quatu which was amazing. The local restaurants were great too we walked to the Pizzeria and the restaurant in the centre of town and both were fantastic and the restaurant at the beach was amazing too. Sardinia is a beautiful country and we all really enjoyed our visit and our stay in the Villa. Thank you very much.

Es war soweit alles ok. Gut gefallen hat uns: Der Empfang hat sehr gut geklappt. Maria hat uns alles gezeigt und war zu fast jeder Zeit erreichbar und es wurde schnell via WhatsApp geantwortet. Es war alles sauber und der Garten war gepflegt. Der Stellplatz ist auch gut, da das Auto im Schatten steht. Etwas enttäuschend sind die Extrakosten wie Endreinigung und Bettwäsche. Ebenfalls werden keine Pool- oder Strandhandtücher kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Könnte man in der Preisklasse schon erwarten. Wie auf den Bilder auf erkennbar hat man keine absolute Privatsphäre. Der Pool und Garten sind komplett einsehbar. Ansonsten hat es uns auf Sardinien in der Villa Luca gefallen.

Two years later than planned - thanks COVID - we finally made it to Sardinia, and it was definitely worth the wait. The sun shone, and Villa Luca had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The undoubted star of the show was the pool - our six year old described it as amazing - but we also made good use of the veranda, barbecue, and well-equipped kitchen. Communication, check in, and check out were excellent, with some good suggestions of beaches and local restaurants to visit. Overall, we thought Villa Luca was a lovely place to stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Eigentlich könnte man die Bewertung kurz halten: Alles Perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausbesitzerin war stets unkompliziert, freundlich und es wurde promt geantwortet. Es erwatete uns ein sehr sauberes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit super Nachbarn. Der Garten und der Pool waren top gepflegt, die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefüht und konnten uns erholen. Eine Sache möchte Ich gerne noch erwähnen, die nach unseren Erfahrungen nicht üblich ist. Wir durften schon direkt am frühen Morgen nach unserer Ankunft mit der Fähre einchecken UND am Abreisetag durften wir bis Abends kutz vor Abfahrt im Haus verweilen. Das war ein toller Luxus und fast 2 geschenkte Tage. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa Lucca. Ich kann es nur sehr weiter empfehlen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Schon auf der Anreise hatten wir einen unkomplizierten Whatsapp Kontakt mit Francesca (Eigentümerin). Maria hatte uns dann dort sehr herzlich empfangen und die wichtigsten Informationen mitgeteilt. Das Haus ist klein, bietet aber alles, was man braucht. Eine tolle kleine Küche (inkl. Abwaschmaschine und Kaffemaschine) und ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Die Kinder haben vorallem den Pool sehr genossen. Tanaunella ist ziemlich klein und überschaubar, aber gut angeschlossen und schnell ist man in Budoni oder San Teodoro mit vielen Restaurants, Einkaufsläden.

Villa Luca is the perfect place for a perfect holiday : with its infinity pool, large terrace and the adjacent empty soccer court where the boys could play as much as they wanted, it is the perfect location to relax. It is very well situated to do beach hopping, and in about 10 minutes, you reach the lively town of San Teodoro. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk and the Budoni centre with shops and daily night market is only a 5 minutes drive. Francesca is an extremely friendly and helpful host. Timely and great communication made check-in and check-out very uncomplicated and flexible. I can very much recommend Villa Luca for an unforgettable stay in Sardinia !

This holiday villa was a great find. So easy from Olbia airport, easy keys handover, clean and comfortable accommodation. It was an easy walk to the beach, supermarket and local dining options. The highlight of this villa is the pool area. It was clean, a good size, attractive to sit by, lots of sun loungers, a diving board for the kids and all day sun. If you wish to escape the sun, the lovely curtained outdoor area was ideal. We didn’t eat out as much as we usually do due to Covid, so we enjoyed the outdoor table and drinks on the outdoor sofas after the kids were in bed. We all loved our week at this villa and I’d really like to be able to book it again - perhaps even for a long weekend, due to its proximity to Olbia airport. A note - don’t let the football pitch in front of the villa deter you - it proved entertaining to watch and easy to ignore if you wished. If it weren’t for Covid considerations I would have allowed our kids to join in.
