"From the moment you arrive you are greeted by Adam, who makes you feel so very welcome. It’s like coming home. The apartment is absolutely spotless, and very well kitted out for all you could ever need. The beds are very comfortable, so is the lounge furniture. "The location was brilliant. There was good equipment in the kitchen and the sitting room was comfortable with a great tv. Others have mentioned the water is a bit temperamental but it didn’t affect our stay. I think it could benefit from a deep clean. It wasn’t dirty but needed a bit more care. "

"We were a little disappointed with our stay . It was impossible to hang clothes in the wardrobe in Bedroom 1 as it was stacked high with bed linen . Also a lot of bed linen in other wardrobe . The fan in one of the bathrooms was not working resulting in a lot of condensation on the floor making it very slippery . The canisters which may have held tea and sugar were empty . The name on the lockbox has faded . On the plus side it was a great location "

"We have stayed at Astor house before so we came back to the same apartment. They had upgraded the sofas to recliners which was a nice surprise. The apartment itself is easy to get to clean and Torquay town centre is a short walk away. It has a great view over the beach side of Torquay and the area is quiet. The place is clean and well maintained and the host kindly provided some biscuits and milk. I would highly recommend this place."

"We only had one night at Rose Cottage however we wished we could have stayed longer. Beautifully furnished and more spacious than we imagined. Great to have 2 bathrooms too - real bonus. Kitchen and lounge areas were perfect. Beds were also really comfortable and we were amazed how quiet it was considering it was attached to other properties. All in all a real gem of a cottage in a really pretty village."

"Great location close to the sea town near by everything was just perfect, especially Vicki our host, was there if and when we needed her, I would 100% recommend this place, garden was beautiful, plus parking just ourside apartment private, apartment was just like home everything to detail, I can not fault it to be honest, deffo coming back."

"The property is exactly as described. Very nicely appointed, perfectly clean and in a good location. It can be noisey at the weekend due to its proximity to a nightclub, but it didn't affect us during our weekend stay. We would certainly return again."

"Die Wohnung war sauber, modern eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man braucht. Location war perfekt. Zu Fuß waren es 10-15 Minuten in die Innenstadt und an den Hafen. Der Host hat noch am Tag unserer Ankunft nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist.Sehr zu empfehlen"
