Lovely house with great space

We have visited the property previously and enjoyed both our stays. Great flexible living and sleeping spaces and great garden for the dogs. We like the location as it is within a short walk of the town, beaches and the coast path. Teenagers are able to be independent.

Lovely big house and garden

Nice spacious and comfy house with lovely big enclosed garden. Ten minute walk to great beach and into town. Nice easy relaxed check-in process. Excellent.

Great holiday home for a large family or two families sharing.

Perfect outside dining area for a large family and plenty of space in the garden for the children to play in. Not too far to walk directly into the centre. Lovely welcome pack and would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful family get away

Lovely multi generational family property. Age ranges from 1 to 67. Location is great, so convenient for beach, shops and amenities. Granddaughter particularly liked the drums and piano (not so sure i did at 8am!). Everything in the house you need, and more. Bude sea pool is a must to swim in. We will be back

Perfect Holiday

The house is quirky, but spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were dvds and games for indoors and out. The location is great, just on the north side of Bude, but in a quiet side road and a short walk to the beach and the supermarket. A perfect spot as we didn't need to use our car for the entire week. Bude itself is a lovely place, very family and dog friendly, with lots of different walks. Justin was very helpful and quick to respond to a query. We would definitely recommend.

Convenient property with plenty of space & things to do for a family

Convenient location 15 mins walk from Bude beach & 5-10mins from Sainsbury’s supermarket & town. Bi-fold doors from kitchen/dining area to a decent sized garden for kids to play games & outside seating area. Good sized lounge area too. Kitchen contained plenty of utensils, pots & pans etc and everyday cooking additions, which was handy. A bit of sorting needed to remove any out of date products. Overall as a family we were very happy with our stay. Final point for addressing was window security in main bedroom as windows would not fully close/lock and therefore a potential security risk although neighbourhood good.

Excellent property in a great spot

What a great quirky house! Plenty of space, the kitchen was great, sociable and well equipped. The house is spacious with a lovely garden and table outside. Great facilities for drying wet beach gear. Loads of hot water. It felt like home from home - we used the wii and the kids went out on the long boards. The owner is very relaxed and the house was nice and clean. Oh and it’s about 12 mins to Crooklets and the sea pool! What more could you want! We’d definitely come again. Thank you so much Justin!

Great house in a great location

We have just returned from a brilliant week in Bude. With a 15 minute walk to both beaches and a ten minute walk to the town, this house is situated in a perfect location. The house had plenty of space for 9 residents. The fully stocked kitchen/dining area that led to the garden was where we spent most of our time. The owner was easy to contact before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay there if we visit Bude again in the future.

Fabulous spacious house; great stay for all the family

We loved our stay at this spacious and homely property. It is well placed in a quiet neighbourhood with easy walking access to Bude centre and Crooklets Beach. There was plenty of room for 9 of us (6 adults, 3 children) plus a large garden which was great for the children and was a lovely place to sit out at night and watch the stars on the patio/decking. A homely relaxed feel which made for a great holiday. Justin, the owner, is very friendly and great with the communications. We would highly recommend this property.

Perfect for families - wonderful stay!

This house had everything that we could have asked for and more, so much space, and amazingly equipped. The enclosed garden was a god send with the 2 4 year olds and 8 year old we had with us. We could relax with a drink and watch them play on the trampoline. We were able to walk to town and the beach, yet it was wonderfully quiet. The owner was so helpful and the tumble dryer was very useful for the rather rainy days! We couldn’t have asked for more for a fantastic holiday.

Property as described. Great location, could walk everywhere, but nice and quiet as situated away from main part of town. Very spacious for 2 families. Justin was pleasure to deal with, really helpful. House was clean, felt Covid safe as much as it can be (!) hand sanitisers and lots of cleaning products provided. Would recommend.

Fabulous stay in lovely house in Bude

Justin's house is large and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Walkable to beaches, town and supermarket. Local Chinese takeaway (Chungs) was delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fabulous bright and welcoming house

Great big spacious house with plenty of room for 9 people. Wonderful outdoor space and bi-folding doors so that garden feels like extension of kitchen. Teenage kids really appreciated the smart TVs and hippy/surfing vibe of the decor of house. I loved the quirkiness of the house but also appreciated the special touch of Cornish Specialities (pâté/crackers) on our arrival. Everything works well (showers etc) and beds are super comfy. We walked everywhere - beach, town, restaurants, surf, Sainsburys! Quiet neighbourhood but close to all, and plenty of parking for 3 cars. Loved it!

Convenient for Bude without any town noises

There were no facilities to make real coffee but this was quickly corrected by the owner supplying a cafetiere. We cut the stay short but this was because of medical problems unrelated to the property which we found to be generally well equipped and comfortable.

Perfect for a seaside getaway

Justin's place was exactly as described. It was clean and homely with all the amenities you could need. We particularly enjoyed the sunny garden and comfortable, spacious sitting area. It was an easy 15 minute stroll to the beach. Overall, good value for money and perfect for a long weekend in beautiful Bude.
